Unique Warranty
| The Home Inspector
has certified to Inspection Specialists that on the inspection
date, he conducted an inspection of the Home in accordance
with the Arizona ASHI Standards or Practice (www.azashi.org),
a copy of which is attached to and made a part of this Warranty.
Based on this certification, Inspection Specialists hereby
agrees that it will pay the reasonable costs of repairing
or replacing, or repair or replace themselves, any defective
items or defective conditions the Home Inspector has failed
to observe and/or report in his written/oral inspection report
up to a total payment not to exceed in the aggregate, for
all claims, the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00)
provided the defective item is an item which the Inspector
was required to inspect pursuant to the Arizona A.S.H.I. Standards
of Practice. In the event of a dispute or claim, such dispute
will be settled by an Arbitrator from the American Arbitration
Association. The decision of the Arbitrator appointed thereunder
shall be final and binding and judgment of the award may be
entered into any Court of competent jurisdiction. The cost
of arbitration filing will be the responsibility of the filing
party. Inspection Specialists must be given the opportunity
to view the item(s) in question prior to repair work being
done. Call Inspection Specialists first, prior to repair work
being done, or the warranty may be voided.
