One of the Top 1% of home inspectors in the country in numbers of inspections performed with over 8,000 inspections which meet or exceed the standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors.

Since 1985 Allen Blaker has owned and operated Inspection Specialists on a full time basis. His years of education and experience have enabled him to open an inspection school and he has personally trained many other inspectors in Phoenix, Tucson, and all of central and southeastern Arizona.
